Our mission.

Finance teams spend too much time on operational work - keying in invoices, chasing approvals, hunting down data. Orcha automates these processes so your team can focus on what matters: planning, analysis and steering.

What drives us.

We believe finance should be a company's steering function - not its data-entry department. With modern AI and seamless integrations, we make that possible. GDPR-compliant, of course.

As a technical team, we treat finance challenges as engineering problems - paired with a deep understanding of what modern finance teams need.

The team.

Max and Daniel built AI for cancer screening together at Vara - systems where accuracy is everything. They bring the same rigor to finance today.

Max was on the founding team at Vara, where he led product and international growth. Founding member of the German AI Association (KI Bundesverband). At Orcha he leads product and go-to-market.

Co-Founder & CTO

Daniel built AI systems as an engineer and Director of Software Development at Vara and Merantix. At Orcha he owns engineering and architecture.

Location.

Orcha is based in Berlin - working with finance teams across the DACH region.
